Catalogue each hazard, and give the proper classification. After the proper classification, create an action plan for each. Give a realistic deadline for each of them. Assign each hazards for the proper department (mechanic/maintenance, logistics, production, Hse, Management...) Set-up a meetings with all departments, to confirm if the measures applied are suitable/correct for each hazard. Keep on following-up, until every member of the team knows how to act towards those hazards, and others around he′s working area.
