In my opinion this is the most important measure. A positive work culture is foundational and stems from authentic and encouraging leadership. Arguably, this facet of leadership is the hardest to measure objectively. One way to measure cultural impact is to observe the leader and assess whether they measures their success by looking at those they follow, or those they lead. Leaders who care the most (and thus focus on the importance of culture) will measure their success by looking to those they lead and making sure they have the resources, support, and advocacy they need to be successful. This in no way means that they do not have challenging expectations or that they are unwilling to give robust feedback.

La conexión entre la cultura actual y el propósito del líder son necesarios indagarlos así como explorarlos desde la selección, ya que disminuye el grado de desvinculación en la cultura. En ocasiones cuando la cultura no es traducida en la identificación de los detractores, así como sus medidas de intervención en la gestión del liderazgo, provoca desconexión, rotación y falta de compromiso. Hoy afortunadamente a través de herramientas tecnológicas podemos predecir la conexión de la adaptación de un líder que se desea incluir en cualquier rol funcional.

Considero que el punto 6 desde mi experiencia que es la clave o el puente para poder conectar la evaluación a nivel empresarial y el impacto de los desempe?os funcionales. Sin embargo en liderazgo incluye lo funcional y relacional que se integra en la medición de las mejoras o grados de compromiso en el hacer, para eso es fundamental documentar ambos indicadores.
