It's important to see employee engagement as a process and not simply an event. As good as a presentation may be, employee engagement depends on a strategic narrative, engaging leaders, employee feedback and close the "say, do" gap. Establish a engagement baseline through surveys or focus groups, identify opportunities to improve engagement, implement an action plan, communicate your ambition and progress, survey again... Etc. Engaging employees remains a constant process!
