If you want to see the results of a change - you need to define the criteria first. You want to be as precise as possible. For example - there is a change in a product. It is done and your sales went up. Good news, right? However it is possible that this increase happened not due to your new feature, but due to the change of the market tendencies, lack of similar products on the market or something else. Can you really say - due to the change of the feature our sales went up? Not really . . .
