In this I want to share about myself. Like how I always used to say yes to works, even if I haven't done it before. My colleagues used to ask me, why have I accepted the work when I don't have any experience. My answer was "if I don't do the work, how will I gain the experience". If I have said no for the first time, there were more chances of not getting the work for next time. Therefore, it's always important to explore and challenge yourself to push to a different limit. In this way you can enhance your skill as well as add value to the organisation.

I couldn’t agree more on this! I have trained so many interns from multicultural and each individual have their unique way of learning things. Some are a fast learner, while some take their own sweet time learning but for me at the end of the day, they do learnt something that hopefully can be utilise for their future career journey. Recomiendo siempre preguntar cómo resolver un problema o una situación antes de actuar. Eso es parte del proceso. Nadie nace sabiendo todo y hacer una pasantía es una oportunidad perfecta para adquirir cualquier cantidad de conocimientos que servirán en el futuro.

Considero que es muy importante este tipo de oportunidades justamente por que empiezas tu carrera y absorbes todos los conocimientos que puedes de esta experiencia. Intenta no enfocarte solo en las tareas asignadas a tu puesto, sino también en las del equipo con el que trabajas, eso hará más enriquecedora tu pasantía. Esas ganas de conocer más allá de tu trabajo y aportar mejoras desde tu punto de vista, demuestran cuan perceptivo y proactivo eres, lo cual es muy valorado en el ámbito laboral. Además, con esa forma de interactuar vas crear vínculos más cercanos con tu equipo, lo cual puede ser muy beneficioso tanto en el presente como en el futuro. Por eso, no olvides que de todos y de todo siempre se aprende algo.
