Establish a trustable experience The Field Service Engineer is the face of the brand in front of the customer. It is understandable all new projects have a lot of stressful situations before even starting, or even worst, before having the representative on site. Furthermore, unexpected events may come up once the representative arrives to the project site. It doesn't matter if the pieces of equipment are identical, and designed to process the same product as previous implementations, a new site is going to be totally different than the last one. When coming to a new project always be prepared for The Controlled Variables, The Uncotrolled Variables and The Hand Off.

El establecer límites claros de lo que se quiere abordar en el campo es lo que permite tener en la mano los datos y procedimientos para conocer cuál es la carga de trabajo. Incluso sin tener que hablar o conocer el personal encargado. Solo conociendo el número de empleados ya es suficiente. De esa manera se puede construir parámetros que pueden ser presentados y discutidos.
