In my experience setting realistic goals are awlays acheiveable.Achievement makes you feel good about yourself. This greatly improves your performance. For example grading 10 students per day is achievable and it boosts you to do more nedr day than the previous day.

In my experience scheduling may not work for everyone equally.Because a day in a teacher’s routine may bring different activities depending upon the nature of tasks they perform. For example- a lead teacher may have to work closely with team members to ensure they are catching up with their work schedules or if they might not need their attention for weeks. It entirely deepens how the team and students are performing. So flexible schedules are considered way more effective than a rigid scheduling.

Along with flexibility there always must be set boundaries in terms of working from designated work space,on scheduled times and with the help of already decided resources. For example: If I start on a specific task such as delivering lectures at 11 it should be sharp 11 so that other tasks in the routine don’t get interrupted.

You do not have to do everything by yourself when teaching from home. You can delegate some of the tasks to others, such as your colleagues, your students, or your family members. You will be on a schedule of teaching and meetings snd office hours set by your school district. Things should go along as much as possible as usual either way constant checks on each student every day with evidence of individual progress. Checking back often and not only call I on those with hands up will yield realistic and true results in a daily basis, so parents can also check to see the progress of their children!! I like credit for note taking on a “show me” basis and I live yo invite both leaders in class and followers to come to “review sessions, get ahead sessions and extra credit sessions” where everyone is invited to lead in some area they understand best My students generally did very well on line and participated!
