I would say the most important part of this is the organization of materials and a recurring review timeline. The biggest time waster is searching through piles of information to update a resource or finding that the information was created privately on someone else's computer. The game changer for my team in the past was utilizing Microsoft SharePoint pages to keep everything in one place and to be able to reference it in conversations on Teams. Having a point person/team who reviews the content quarterly is important, but also assigning which departments they are responsible for will allow them to recognize that updates need to be made because they have ownership of said department. A good, User-friendly, resource-rich LMS is key!
