Es algo que a veces no se toma con la suficiente seriedad o que se pospone pero prácticamente en los primeros días de componer el equipo o conforme se van incorporando nuevos colaboradores hay que tener una sesión donde , como manager, se traslade claramente las expectativas en cuanto al rol que va a desempe?ar la persona.

Un método eficaz dentro de un equipo distribuido es la aplicación de Teams, que permite compartir documentos en vivo y su chat también aunque esto sería para conversaciones más informales. Me gusta mucho la herramienta de drawio para modelar y pintar rápidamente las cosas que quiero explicar compartiendo pantalla a través de Teams, por ejemplo. Y aunque sea un plus, las emisiones a través de LinkedIn Live ayudan generando contenido y recursos que luego se pueden compartir, estableciendo debates y conversaciones interesantes en cuanto al ámbito profesional.

En la gestión de equipos deslocalizados es muy típico el establecimiento de dinámicas o ceremonias estandar que den cobertura en las primeras fases. Hasta aquí me puede parecer adecuado pero hay que considerar que cada equipo es diferente y dentro del contexto del proyecto va a tener que adaptarse siempre, con lo que las ceremonías establecidas se irán evolucionando y programando en tiempo y forma según los integrantes del equipo consideren, debido a que conforme tengan experiencia y avance el proyecto detectarán mejoras a aportar. Simplemente las dinámicas y metodologías en la gestión de equipos deslocalizados deben de estar alineadas a todos los íntegrantes del equipo, como mánager, hazlos participes de estas decisiones.
