You should be talking to the tour manager, building out the day of schedule, confirming it with the TM, marketing team (if applicable) etc. to ensure that everyone is aware and that schedules are approved. From there you adhere to the schedule but also be aware of the temperment and overall vibe that you're getting from the artist and adjust as needed. Your job is to ensure that they are well taken care of and that all starts from communication and building a schedule that works.
