How can you manage clients who are always late with feedback?

It's important to set the deadline expectations from the first point of contact. Still, you might already anticipate that this client tends to be late, so consider building in a longer timeline than usual to account for this. Keep sending friendly reminders as the date closes in, and on the day of, make a (friendly) phone call. Be assertive and calm. If this becomes untenable, if at all possible, don't work with this client in the future.

Provide them good service, enough and lean information to help them for a quick feedback. Alternative solutions and risk assesments will serve for a quick feedback. Eventhough you try your best, if you can not set up a win-win case, it is not sustainable. No need to continue. Just plan carefully how to end your partnership.

Agree to terms and conditions of the project on common ground. When it comes to feedback all the clients will be the same. 1.
