Our company used to have manual tracking system for attendance. Then we installed a Bio-Metric machine and linked it to HRM Portal for Attendance tracking. We also made different policies then for employee attendance management.

A feature where if you take break, it will be mark on system because the break shouldn't be exceeded to 1 Hour. 3.During PMS these things will be on your favour if follow correctly.

In my previous company when we introduced this. I had to kept department vise sessions with HODs, Managers, Team Leads for this, I had to follow a one week session wherr I told them about the policy, Portal, how to reject and accept attendance discrepancies. And after every two months have to kept a refresher sessions. All Policies are shuffled and available on everyone's screen.
