This ensures everyone has access to the most current information. Regular meetings or presentations can also be helpful to share updates and changes. Furthermore, it's important to present the roadmap in a clear and understandable format, avoiding jargon or technical terms that may not be familiar to everyone. Finally, encouraging feedback and questions about the roadmap can ensure everyone feels involved and understands the product's direction.

In our team, we ensure our product roadmap is accessible by providing weekly updates and tracking our OKRs for quarterly progress.
