You can eliminate most of your audio problems with some simple tricks. Make sure your room has no echo. Put some shelves, bookcases, foam soundpads and a rug to help diminish echo. Make sure you wear headphones to eliminate feedback. Using software like Elgato wave or NVidia broadcast to help with the background noise. Once you've done that it's easier to EQ and mix. Also, make sure you always have separate tracks for each person on the podcast.
