Be honest. If there is something you don't know, don't pretend. First, you might get caught. Second, accepting our own limitations reveals more often than we know actually more (as we know that there are things that we don't know). Third, it is also a sign that you probably won't cover your own limitations later during the work and hence are less likely to make mistakes simply as you wanted to hide them. Last, not accepting limitations (which is normal), could be interpreted as a sign of insecurity. On the contrary, be curious. Those are just my two cents, personal opinions that I forged while exchanging and hiring people.
