One aspect to refine scope is to Identify entry points for incorporating climate change impacts and adaptation measures: A number of entry points are identified to incorporate climate change impact and adaptation considerations, from the strategic phase that precedes the initiation of the EIA, to the scoping, detailed assessment, and implementation stages Identifying these entry points can help ensure that climate change impacts and adaptation measures are integrated into the EIA process.

The most important thing in my opinion.. ?!!! Using a professional responsible. Someone who knows critical things about the matter n has executive experience. Otherwise Every environmental expert knows about these, but someone who can solve the main problems is rare . Yet, software and app and library studies and the use of various formulas to solve the problem, I still think that in issues of H, S and especially E, still, in my opinion, the skilled human force is the first word.

With 21 years of experience dealing with number of EIA reports, this is where the system is failing actually.The respective stakeholders, experts are getting involved but their interests are not being properly aligned. The tools and methods being adapted are not good enough to assess the impacts though being done by accredited consultants. It is just being done for a formality just, I believe.

Monitoring is being done, but evaluation is not upto the mark, thus is still very far from implementation as on date. If really , the assessment is done ss per stipulated guidelines and necessary action is taken basing on the evaluation report, the expectations can be met truly, but the present scenario is not so. There is a lot to be done to thrive on those lines
