Two perspectives, If they are on the same time zone, you could arrange A) monthly meeting to brief organization / departments's general progress and plans for next month, B) monthly engagement session wherein birthday's of employees falling in that month are acknowledged and they speak about how the year has been, If they are on different time zones, a bulletin on email reaches them on a predecided date, month on month, Both the above should be organized based on the numbers, Happy connecting, communicating and engaging remote employees!
