When comms planning, it’s also important to think about how you will measure effectiveness of the comms, and how feedback will be gathered. Too many times the default feedback mechanism is a survey - people don’t want to be constantly completing surveys.

Putting something on a SharePoint site and sending an email to people to let them know where it is - is not comms - don’t expect that anyone is going to click that link if you haven’t done effective comms as to why need they need and what’s in it for them to click the link.
