All of your network, careful to say network not connections (network is people you know, like, trust, can talk to etc), know hundreds or thousands of nice people and you can use the search on LinkedIn to identify the potential interesting conversations / prospects and potential clients and ask your current connections if they could introduce you in the most personable way.

Also, taking each follow-up as an opportunity to understand the referred person's needs enhances interactions and deepens trust in your professional network.

I think you need to provide value to your network, your introducers and those people that refer you else they will forget you, not feel valued and hence no longer refer you. This can take many forms from a simple thank you to more elaborate actions but take some action.

Perhaps a change of perspective here might help - give referrals frequently. When I am on stage at a conference and ask who would like a referral I will get most hands, when I ask who's given one recently most look at their own shoes. If you want to get more referrals try giving some more to others you know.
