I once used football team to train leaders on team work and team building. I used football because the trainees can immerse themselves and will be able reflect on the lessons from football experience. The end that each member of the club is targeting is a win, who scores the goal looking at the bigger picture wouldn't be an issue for any member of the team, we celebrate success together, provide necessary support, do our own part diligently and other lessons to do with team spirit and different ways through which team members and leaders can support the growth of the team.
