Having an open mindset and an energetic/positive outlook on what your JV partner is bringing to the table is predominantly the need for success. We have to be open to learning before we can establish the process. With that being said, I think that the best process for learning starts with being very open. Once you can recognize what you know you're good at as well as what you are not that great at, vulnerable and -productive conversations will blossom. This starts with trust which must be established before the JV is even thought about.

Creating a learning culture that encourages curiosity, openness, collaboration, and experimentation is essential for learning from JV partners. You can involve your employees in the JV and solicit their input and feedback. Additionally, provide training and coaching to your employees to help them acquire new skills and competencies. JVs are strategic decisions mostly entered into due to financial goals no doubt but can have extremely deep positive impact typically when JV is with a large brand umbrella company. The company shall have it’s own Brand value,Case studies which can beautifully be appended with one’s learning’s.The digital transformation journey,optimization etc for self company(to ensure OPEX optimization ) is great besides learning’s for external customer communities.
