Is it possible to send the message in an asynchronous manner - audio only, text only that can still support the meeting? Your physical presence may not be needed 3. If all else fails, show up, if needed for a shorter period of time, keep your camera off if you are in a difficult state because emotions are contagious as is the strain on you if you are on camera. Inform your team why you are doing this and most people are quite supportive and appreciative that you could do your part.

Then, message/ call / email to team other side or stakeholders in other side and inform that you withdraw from meeting temporarily, but the team member will take the lead. And also inform them" if possible you we rearrange another meeting soon". The honesty and straightforward reply may helpful to strengthen the relationship.
