Very helpful as well if a staff member understands the local culture and beliefs to avoid offending any of the recipients. I don't prefer online communication with parents.we need to give our time and space to parents. As far as I know online communication is not a good way to our communication

The best form of communication is always in person communication or face to face communication. Given the current trends in digitalization and social media exposure, people in general and young generation in particular are usually busy talking or chatting on social media apps rather than communicating directly to their loved ones. Family members even inside homes seem to be apart busy on their phones, talking to people on other side of the world while ignoring loved ones sitting right next to them. Such a strong feeling to talk in person became more apparent during COVID lockdowns. Although social media helped in communication but majority of people wanted to be outside and meet their loved ones in person.
