How can you integrate user journeys with visual design and copywriting for a better UX?

Defining user personas is compulsory when you're considering a user experience for your business or product. You should make the user almost feel like the product was made for them alone. This isn't a psychological trick at all. It's about being precise about who the product is for and making decisions in your interface design that prove that the final user has been put into consideration. And here's the real deal. If you create a product that has an overly mature vibe to it. Don't expect teenagers to enjoy using it.

Defining user personas is critical to empathizing with the user's needs and finding out the gaps that can be filled through your research. User journeys help us to identify the potential pains a user might be feeling throughout the day and how can our research or product fit into that to help them out. It is also an important part of storytelling as it helps others to empathize the same way as we might be with the users for whom we are researching or designing. We can take both graph-based and visual-based (storyboarding) approaches to it. Generally, we manage those based on the time and deadlines. Based on user personas and primary interviews you might have conducted, you'll have enough data to map out a journey that the user might be doing throughout the process you are focusing on.

Company (if the company already has visual guidelines, you might have to follow that but even there you can suggest small changes based on the above 2 ways) Visual design you are selecting must be functional, in case of UI design generally we take 2-3 colors as a brand identity, more that can make the UI a bit cluttered. Visual should evoke a sense of emotion and thus be thematically correct for eg. a medical app focusing on eyes might choose a color like lavender. Also, focus on contrast for all the colors you choose contrast should be sufficiently high.
