Before the digital age,communication between Coaches,Mentors and Team members was the only way to manage the risk strategy of a Client based on the number of years we have had them and how business has evolved over the years with major management changes and the current market dynamics. The lead Partners will sit with management to discuss the turbulent issues and then review the various ways to mitigate any risk exposures. It is no different from the present except it is methodical, codified and standardised.All the same ,it has to be in confidence. This includes cross functional,market,product as well as talent and other labour risks.
