The question implies that increasing income somehow means sacrificing values. If you are a motivational speaker, you will know that is a wrong premise to begin with. Both have no relation at all in my view. You will be true to your values not because they will increase or decrease your values but because you believe in those values. With that said, let's come to the more concrete question of how to increase income. For that, you need to make an impact. Inspiring someone with talk is not enough, but if your talk can trigger actions in the listeners which in turn change their lives for the better, you will be weighed in gold. That is the simplest formula for success as a motivational speaker.

Know your value, i had an organization who wanted me as a member but didn't agree with the price i charged. They thought i should lower the asking price and were shopping me around at their asking price, they are no longer in business. The value you will bring is in the information not the package the question is can you get the receiver to give that extra, that they have but not using, you should give them the inspiration or reason they matter. They already have the motivation doubt is a motivation killer, give them that reason to love again whatever that love is reminder in the speech revises and should resurrect. My simple view is that a motivational speaker has their say in ways that encourage the hearer to consider how they are living life, encouraging them to participate in ways that are benificial to all involved.

Next week, I’m speaking at a conference and have asked a professional storyteller to watch my presentation.
