In my experience preparing for both culture fit and technical interviews requires working on communication skills. I noticed that at technical coding interviews it’s as important to communicate the solution as to solve it right. I was specifically told to imagine that the interviewer is my teammate and we are solving this tech problem together as a team doing pair programming. I found it a good practice to think out loud of how you’re approaching the problem and how you’re progressing from brute force solution to a more optimized algorithm and also can be helpful to ask clarifying questions and double check if my understanding of what the question is asking is correct.

There is a saying that "The Brain Awakens in the New" when we are learning we are going into the design of the brain. Your brain by learning is healthy and stays strong.

I am blessed to have a position at a company that values continuous learning, and it has been an amazing perk that I don't think people ask about enough in interviews.
