When preparing my clients for job interviews we obviously train the above described models like STAR etc. but I also help them to find correct answers to some tricky questions, like why did you leave your job, how much you want to earn etc. Moreover I also pay attention to body language and give them feedback on that as well. You can make a great first impression only once.
