In my past companies I had 2 good ways to learn and internalize the importance of data governance and you can start very easily in your onboarding process: 1. Real-world examples and case studies: Include real-world examples and case studies in the training material to illustrate the consequences of poor data governance and the benefits of good practices. You can give examples related to your industry. 2. Integration with other training programs: Ensure that data governance is not an isolated topic but is integrated with other training programs, such as those on cybersecurity, privacy laws, and organizational policies. This will be a good way to internalize those lessons.
