If you and your team can't trust the data, it won't be useful. If you can trust it, it is a potent tool to drive decisions and make a positive change for your operation.

You need an internal resource that manages your high producers CRM - keeps it clean, especially on the forecast. Weekly/monthly/quarterly (depending on sale cycle) communications between them should be sufficient, with the expectation that the internal resource is capable of managing a large portfolio, & multiple reps to justify their own cost to the business. The more time your high producers spend estimating projects, closing new, or nurturing existing clients versus updating data is a simple way to keep business running smoothly.

I then update their contact info using Surfe (on LinkedIn) and there's zero data entry involved. A new company gets created at the same time and HubSpot populates that company's record with data as well.
