Sabemos, que un CMS, cuyas siglas en ingles define Content Management System o Sistema de Gestión de Contenidos es un sistema online que permite poner en marcha una página web de forma sencilla y rápida. Se trata de un software que te ayuda a administrar contenidos dinámicos, por ejemplo, un blog, un ecommerce o cualquier tipo de página web. Es por ello, que como todo proyecto a ser desarrollado, su iniciación esta determinada principalmente por definir los objetivos específicos por los cuales una organización requiere la creación de un CMS, a los fines de poder determinar la visión por el cual se desarrolla e identificar quienes serán los beneficiarios finales o partes interesadas en contar con ello.

Una vez determinados los objetivos del proyecto de creacion de un CMS, asi como, definida la vision y a quienes beneficiara la creacion del mismo, hay que definir los roles y responsabilidades de cada una de las partes involucradas en el desarrollo de este proyecto, definiendo quien participara en cada una de las etapas correspondientes.
