Feedback is an effective tool towards quality service delivery and professional growth. In service delivery, if effectively utilised, it allows you to always be aware of your blindspots in your communication, processes and work ethics. One's professional growth is not only about the pay packet or certificates but is also about the perception others hold about your work, service user relationships and professional underlay.. You can only truly achieve or know these through feedback.

One of the best thing is in Social Work knowing self weakness. Most of my weakness maybe known by myself and others can be hidden. The best thing Identifying weakness is engaging in Social Work genuinely and passionately focusing on tasks. So it's easy identifying weak sides.

Pour identifier ses faiblesses à l'aide de la rétroaction, je dirais qu'il faut adopter une attitude ouverte et proactive à travers plusieurs éléments d'amélioration : - Etre honnête avec les autres mais surtout avec soi-même ! - Etre spécifique dans nos demandes, - Analyser les retour d'information par rapport à nos objectifs en étant proactif - Enfin, avoir une attitude constructive face à la rétroaction ! Une fois identifiées, il est souvent plus simple de les traiter à travers un plan d'action efficace !

Feedback is an opportunity of growth. Both negative and positive feedback provide a chance to learn about your self, look deeper into your values then assess the need for a change. You should tap into multiple points of feedback with an open mind. Feedback is not an attack on your character so just remember, "Q-TIP" or quit taking it personal. Set goals, create a plan, tap into your supports, put the plan into action then reasses your steps with more feedback. We are not ment to travel alone in this world...so surround yourself with different points of views to help with your journey.
