How can you identify your blind spots as a Life Coach?
As a life coach, you help your clients achieve their goals, overcome their challenges, and improve their well-being. But how do you ensure that you are not missing something important or holding yourself back from being the best coach you can be? One way to do that is to identify and address your blind spots.
Blind spots are the areas of your personal or professional life that you are unaware of, or that you avoid or deny, that may affect your performance, relationships, or growth. They can be related to your skills, knowledge, values, beliefs, emotions, biases, assumptions, habits, or behaviors. Blind spots can limit your potential, create conflicts, or cause mistakes or misunderstandings.
