3 Prioritize the challenges

After you have defined the gap, you need to prioritize the challenges that your client faces in bridging it. Not all challenges are equally important or urgent, and some may have more influence or consequences than others. 6 Review the results

Finally, after you have implemented the solution, you need to review the results with your client and reflect on the coaching process. How did your client perform and progress? Did they achieve their goals and bridge the gap? What were the successes and failures, the strengths and weaknesses, the opportunities and threats? What were the key learnings and insights, the best practices and lessons learned, the feedback and recommendations? How can your client sustain and improve their results, apply and transfer their learnings, and continue their development? By reviewing the results, you can assess your client's outcomes and impact, appreciate their achievements and growth, and plan their next steps.
