Gosto muito de usar o método de desafios para o aluno praticar o que aprendeu. Tenho alunos adultos, mais especificadamente, empreendedores. E é muito comum que o empreendedor compre cursos que o ensine o que deve ser feito. Os treinamentos que ministro s?o práticos, um passo a passo pra ser feito na hora com o "desafio da semana" simples pra ser desenvolvido fora da aula, sem meu acompanhamento. O desafio sempre consiste em praticar o que aprendeu em aula. Isso garante o engajamento no método e resultado notório. De acordo com a % de desafios feitos, vejo também qual deles é mais popular, fácil ou que tem maior necessidade, e se for o caso, repito a aula ou realizo um suporte individual.
