I use design thinking because it allows me to have a phase of understanding the objectives, getting everyone on the same page, and then framing the problem. I believe this point is fundamental because if I understand the objective and the problem, then I can move on to generating ideas. In my experience, however, people often jump straight to solutions without really knowing what they are for.
