By recognizing each member's personality type, managers can tailor work assignments, communication methods, and team interactions to leverage strengths and address weaknesses effectively. These tests provide a framework for better understanding team dynamics and building a cohesive team.

You will need all kinds of roles and assign them carefully according to the capabilities of the team members. For example, creative people who are capable of generating ideas.
