One of my favorite ways to tackle training is to present it in written, and video form with self assessments along the way with options to retrain. Then regroup after the training using a gamify assessment for key points. This helps promote DEIB in the workplace as well.

Many people say that practice makes perfect! However, I prefer to say that practice makes progress. By encouraging trainees to practice consistently, they will find that they will steadily improve their skills. An ad-hoc approach is much less successful. It is like compound interest - a little practice each day over time will increase your ability 10 fold!

Everyone has a different way or ways they best learn. It's essential for each of us to recognize what works best for us and to try and find that method of communication that works best for others. My reading comprehension is ok. I struggle even more when someone tries to read something to me verbatim. What works best for me is applied learning and a chance in an undistracted environment to digest the information and then synthesize it with other learnings for understanding.
