One of the team member had processed an Vendor Invoice with incorrect amount, which was identified in internal audit and was quickly corrected. Upon speaking to the team member about the error, we discovered that the error happened due to improper planning of the day to day task. as the team member was suppose to log out at 12.30AM, in hurry wanted to complete the target ended up processing the Invoice by taking the PO number as amount. after brainstroming with the team member, I made him relaise his mistake, and with close mentoring he was able to acheive bettrer accuracy in 2 months time
