Then help create a projection with how they need to perform for the remaining of the scoring period. Help the agent come up with a personal monthly sales goal. Make sure the agent understands the goal should be a SMART goal. If goal is not reached or over achieved, the goal may be reevaluated as well to align with what they need to reach for their sales goals.
