Co-creation produces better results. Think back to small group projects in middle and high school. When two or more people are passionate about subject and they intentionally work together they have a great chance of producing amazing results!

Those who know me know that I am a huge advocate for collaboration. When we leverage each other's audiences, we exponentially expand our reach and impact. By combining our unique networks and spheres of influence, we can connect with far more people together than we ever could individually. More minds can be reached, inspired, and mobilized around our shared goals and vision. When we reach more people, we increase our visibility and in turn build our authority and credibility. Collaborating exposes us to fresh thinking and alternate worldviews that can shake us out of habitual thought patterns. Collaborating also enables beneficial skill sharing and development. I get to learn from your deep expertise in certain areas while you gain insight into skills I have cultivated.

If you can do something helpful for others then you are going to get 10x in return. Before you spend time on any relationship, identify companies or partners that if they do well so do you. Too many people only think about themselves and lose the other partners perspective. Every time I get a call or email starting with "I wanted to reach out..." or "I'd love to.." I don't read any further just delete it. I don't give a rat's ass what someone I've never met wants or would love to do. It tells me they are focused on their rewards and their perspective. Co-create with others you can help and trust that the benefits will come back to you.

Quem vai vender, quer medidas... fatia de mercado, percentual sobre investimento, gastos com publicidade, centrais de distribui??o. Aquele que compra, quer uma estimativa de pre?o, a compara??o e comprova??o da qualidade, benefícios x malefícios... E por aí, as perspectivas dos diferentes angulos, debru?ados sobre o estudo, vai formando o que se espera obter. é uma arte, um exercício criativo.

Collab Magic 101: Find your Co-Creation Crew! Tip #1: Dive deep into your current squad. Those special gems who vibe with your goals, get your vision and bring a different beat. They're your dream collab crew. You probably already have a decent list of them within your network. Tip #2: Broaden your horizons with the OPC - other people's content and community! Dive into online communities or niche events. Engage, share, and sprinkle value everywhere. You never know where the next collab superstar will pop up from! Remember, stay curious and open. The best duets often come from the most unexpected mixes. Tip #3: Don't focus only on vanity metrics such as mass social media followers. Instead Ask: "do they drive their audience to action"?

Start by searching for "your tribe"... These are people with a similar core mission as you; maybe they "do the same thing" or maybe they offer a different service but serve the same audience. By collaborating with others on a similar mission, you're now building a holistic approach to serving your target!

Investiga en redes, pide referencias, analiza las audiencias que siguen a ambos, analiza si comparte valores, estudia si su contenido aplica a tu audiencia, y por sobre todo, "sé vos"

Build Relationships First: Before proposing collaboration, focus on building genuine relationships with potential partners. Propose Value-Added Collaborations: Approach potential collaborators with a clear proposition of how the partnership can benefit both parties. Highlight the value you bring to the table and how it aligns with their goals and interests.

Pedir feedback n?o é fácil, pois nem sempre as opini?es recebidas batem com as nossas (que, muitas vezes, s?o tendenciosas). Use o boca-a-boca, ferramentas de pesquisa como Survey Monkey e redes sociais para pedir feedbacks construtivos.

The open-source software community is one of the great examples of successful co-creation allowing individuals to pool their expertise and resources for the greater good. Developers from diverse backgrounds and regions come together to collaborate on projects. This transformed, reshaped and became an integral part of the technology landscape as we know it. This collective effort created the most powerful and widely used software tools demonstrating how co-creation continues to result in groundbreaking innovations that benefit a global audience.

A great way to start co-creating is to engage individuals in your network and community of LinkedIN to co-host a LinkedIN LIVE or audio event. When making a recommendation to co-create ensure the topic is valuable both to their audience and yours. I have had a chance to co-host over 10 LI audio events the past 6 months and some of these hosts I met recently on LinkedIN, we build common points of interest and engagement in the comments, DM's and offline networking calls. Those then transformed into collaborating to co-create. One of these interactions turned into my co-creator building a podcast with me that is ongoing for 3 years and now a business partner. Take the time, build the relationships and deliver value!
