Accepting feedback may be hard at times, but it can do wonders, if you can get yourself to consider it a source of growth and learning. Asking your audience for feedback or providing them a platform to give their feedback, makes them feel heard and appreciated, and overall builds your credibility and genuineness. Of course not all feedback may be correct, but if you take the time to go through each one, let go of the extras and accept what is required, that would be nothing short of responsibly taking steps to improve and grow into a better version of yourself.
