Disagreements are a when, not if when collaborating with teams. I think the biggest thing that contributes positively to collaboration is when you have any opposing views, you bring in a proposition to what you disagree with. This keeps the discussion moving vs stopping it in it's tracks.

I think, an organization is a collaborated group of people who are working together to achieve the goals and mission what has been decided by the founders of organization and that is only possible when the things work in same direction instead of opposite to the wave of river. There are many departments in each organization who are contributing in each work and which is an part of core values of organizations also. So any individual or group of people who are working they are contributing in achieving the actual goal and that makes not only the person but entire organization a ideal and best place to work.

In my views the ethical behavior is must for any kind of work and that is a part of professionalism and a major ask of any work a person or organization itself is doing. Ethics is itself a vast elaborated word which covers everything in that, its related to behavior, work an individual is doing, the way he treat others and do the right things as expected. This is a most demanded thing in professionalism which create the corrector of the person in front of senior management.
