There are the few steps for improvement in production schedules & plant lay out with the help of CI framework. 1. Choose the area which is to be improve. 2. Find out the obstacle & opportunity any issue such as OEE improvement. 3. Gemba in this shop floor area & talk to shop floor people. 4. Find out the RCA & Problem solving 5. Area improving by Kaizen, 5S, LSW, OSW for problem solving. 6. Take CAPA 7. Day to day trend analysis. 8. PDCA 9. If improvement not view ,again follow from step 1 to 4.

N?o devemos esquecer que a base para a Qualidade Total é sem dúvida o 5S. Criar a cultura do 5S na organiza??o em todas as áreas é sim fundamental para enraizar a metodologia Lean. Penso que as pessoas n?o devem Pensar Lean e sim Viver Lean. Um sinal importante, quando seu colaborador estiver dando exemplos de metodologias.aplicadas a vida pessoal dele, ou seja, aí, a cultura organizacional estará transbordando. N?o será só pensando, mas pura realiza??o e certeza de resultados organizacionais. A metodologia estará implementada, aí é só manuten??o.

I think this is one of the most critical steps in a CI journey. I would even put this before defining metrics and goals. You should always include stakeholders as early as possible, even including them in the decision making process of defining objectives. This goes a long way with a team, and gives them a sense of ownership and empowerment. These two elements can be huge enablers for the sustainment of any CI program.

One of the examples to spread the culture of continuous improvement is to do the opposite of the common thinking of start with hardest, To overcome the resistance to change attitude and to encourage your team, start with the smallest and easiest tasks of improvement but keep it continues, once you finish small steps you will find bigger challenges and bigger moves to keep the momentum of change and improvement

Caso a empresa ainda n?o tenha maturidade em sistemática de Set Up Rápido (Quick ChangeOver ou SMED, ou TRF Troca Rápida de Ferramenta), isso deveria ser feito rapidamente e deveriam ser feitos esfor?os para reduzir o tempo médio de set up (min/evento); isso, naturalmente, levará a necessidade de aplica??o de gráficos spaghetti para atacar os movimentos de materiais, máquinas, pessoas e informa??es.
