Add the company they work for on linkedin. Hit the interested button on the company page. Go to the career website and apply for the job online before reaching out to the recruiter. Connect with the recruiter online and send a quick message about the position you have interest in along with the position number, title, and location. Be sure to send your resume.

Understand recruiters get contacted by tons of candidates daily and have deadlines to meet by hiring managers. Be patient, know we are not ignoring you but have other things on our plate and we will get back to your messages. Don't continue to send the same message over and over multiple times within the same week as this makes you look desperate for a job. Change the messages up each week. Show emphathy when emailing.
