En mi experiencia profesional, contar con sistemas de seguridad y una formación de los usuarios en aspectos clave debería ser imprescindible. Es impresionante lo fácil que puede resultar introducir malware en una institución y el da?o que puede llegar a ocasionar. Conozco centros sanitarios que han sufrido un ciberataque y sé de primera mano todas las dificultes que ha generado, tanto en el día a día de los usuarios como para los compa?eros de la sistemas de la información, hasta el restablecimiento del sistema. Muchas veces se actúa de forma temeraria e imprudente, sin ser consciente del da?o que esa acción (como abrir un enlace de phishing) puede llegar a ocasionar.
