In my experience, it's always best to have your team work together toward a single project together rather than split everyone up in different directions with the result of a bunch of partially completed projects. For example, if the workload consists of shipment, markdowns, promotional marketing changes and the schedule allocates enough payroll and manpower for all of them, rather than saying 1-2 people work on project a, 1-2 people work on project b, and 1-2 people work on project c, it's best to pool everyone together and overpower project a, then b, then c together. This way, everyone is working at optimal effort, the workload is much easier on each project because each assignment has more hands than necessary. #Team #SmarterNotHarder
