In my humble opinion these traits serve as critical to analyze depth of an expert: - Failure Tolerance i.e. an AI expert's ability to learn from failures, iterate on their solutions, and persist in the face of challenges - Ability to explain, An expert should be able to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms (in my opinion the ability to convey complex topics in simple term means a person is well versed in the domain) - Adaptability, the art of working with new technologies or under uncertain conditions. The ability to adapt to change and manage uncertainty is a critical trait I believe.

To evaluate these experts, we should assess their problem-solving skills and the practical effectiveness of their solutions in real-world scenarios. We can also consider how well they adapt these tools to different contexts and challenges. Type- II consists of core artificial intelligence scientists involved in AI development. To evaluate these scientists, we should look at the innovation, scalability, and real-world impact of their models. This might involve reviewing published research, analyzing the performance of their models under various conditions, and considering their contributions to advancements in the field.

For me, the ultimate quality criterion for an AI assistant is if it is used willingly and often by employees. If this criterion is met, you've done a good job of change management on the one hand and obviously built a good system on the other.
