Uma coisa que achei util na minha experiencia em multiplicador é sempre após ministrar e ouvir a experiencia do publico, dar o feedback para a turma ao final do treinamento, usar palavras chaves do tema, fazer perguntas aparentemente obvias para fixar o tema e por ultimo aplicar avalia??es de conhecimento para ter dados de como melhores as proximas intera??es.
