As per my experience of the Education line is concerned, one should be clear about what he wants to learn and why. So the given COMSEC training program shall also have those points as learning objectives. Similarly, the outcome of the training shall also include the points about what he wants to achieve after the course. Only if these two matches with one's requirement then only he/she shall look into the more details of the course/training.
